Standard 360 Photo Booth Contract

Your booking is not confirmed until the contract is returned with the non refundable booking fee. Your booking fee will be taken from your final payment and is not in addition to the agreed quantity.

A copy of this contract will be forwarded back to you so both parties have exactly the same information to avoid any confusion or mistakes prior to the event

Standard 360 Photo Booth Contract

45 minute set up time and take down time is required for the 360 Photo Booth. If the purchaser or venue require the booth to be set up or dismantled more than 30 minutes prior or after this, then a rate of £30 per hour will be added.

 

The required space for the 360 Photo Booth is 3 x 3 meters. This must be taken into consideration when deciding on the location of the setup.  This size does not include extras such as Rope Barriers, LED Batons or Physical Sharing Stations

 

The 360 Photo Booth is an indoor only product and is not suitable for outdoor use or inside a Gazebo.  The use within a marquee should be discussed before agreeing to this contract due to the requirement of a perfectly level floor.

Due to the weight of the 360 Photo Booth, Disabled Access is required eg ramps or flat smooth entry.  If there are stairs or steps between the delivery point and set up location, a surcharge of £150 must be paid for a second member of staff

The agreement of the 360 Photo Booth is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control (Force Majeure). If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by the operator to find replacement entertainment at the agreed upon fees. Should the operator be unable to procure a replacement, Hirer will receive a full refund. Hirer agrees that in all circumstances, the operators liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the performance fee and that the operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract. All booking fees are non-refundable.

It is understood that if this is a "Rain or Shine" event, the operator’s compensation is in no way affected by inclement weather. The operator’s compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.

The operator will use their discretion when dealing with intoxicated customers and as such, will use the named person on this contract as a point of call if action needs to be taken for the safety of themselves or equipment. The named person will be held accountable for intentionally damaged or stolen equipment.

As the sharing station requires internet connection to allow instant sharing, if the location of the event does not have suitable cellular availability, a queue system will be automatically set up within the sharing station, and videos will be sent when cellular connection becomes available. 

We aim to have the entire system running at maximum capacity for the duration of the event, however there may be times where battery packs may need to be changed.  This should be no more than a few minutes and this time will be usually added onto the end of the booking so no paid for time will will be lost from the event.

This agreement is not binding until signed by both Hirer and Operator, and the non refundable booking fee for the event has been paid and cleared. Any changes must be written and signed by both the Hirer and the Operator. Oral agreements are non-binding.

THE PARTIES hereto promise to abide by the terms of this agreement and intend to be legally bound thereby.
